Fragrance information:

The world first encountered Mora by Mercadona in 2009. By character, a feminine fragrance drawing from the fruit and gourmet families. Mora — proudly part of the Monogotas collection. The fragrance concentration is eau de parfum.

It carries a moderate sillage, leaving a trail that lingers pleasantly in the air. In terms of longevity, it sits at moderate — long enough to make a real impression. Spain is where this fragrance comes from — and it shows. Mora Mercadona unfolds gradually, effortlessly, and with great refinement — a perfect choice for day or evening.

Perfume information

Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Mora evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Mercadona comes through in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum supports the right density and pace of development.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Gourmet, Fruit, Drinks and Fairy. At family level the fragrance belongs to Fruit and Gourmet.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the notes arrive together with a delicious creamy mood: Gourmand accord and blackberry.

The heart and base are read as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord profile is built around these accords: Fruit with each one in a clear role. The gender direction is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. For persistence Middle points to a sustained drydown presence. In diffusion Middle describes the way the scent radiates.

Overall Mora reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. These are the fragrances best judged on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The blackcurrant scent is very noticeable here - the berries are sweet, but with a sour tang, and there's also some metallic nuance that slightly spoils the overall impression. The musk also reminds me of soap. Overall, the scent isn't bad, suitable for spring and summer, but I just can't call it my favorite!!!
