Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Kikyo is shaped as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves with precision and warmth. The signature of Miya Shinma is clear from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum keeps a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Spicy, Floral, Powdery and Whiteflower. Within olfactory families the scent maps to Floral, Powdery and Spicy.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a peppery-spicy mood: Ginger, Iris, Powdery notes and Spices. In this case 4 notes act as one voice, building warm spicy pulse that reads as cohesive from the start.

The heart and base are read as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord profile is driven by these accords: Floral and Wood forming a compact and readable structure. The profile is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.
