OMR Beauty Intro: fragrance character and style

OMR Beauty Intro is a unisex fragrance from the Swedish brand OMR Beauty, released in 2024.

This eau de parfum has a fougere-spicy character and was created for those who appreciate freshness, a distinctive trail, and a contemporary feel without being tied strictly to a traditionally masculine or feminine wardrobe.

OMR Beauty focuses on unisex eau de parfum compositions, and Intro comes across as an energetic, noticeable fragrance with a clear-cut character.

Its mood is built around a contrast of juicy citrus, a spicy spark, green freshness, and a warm woody-ambery base.

As a result, the fragrance is easy to imagine both as part of a dynamic urban look and in a more polished evening style.

Development and mood

OMR Beauty Intro opens brightly and freshly: the citrus facet of grapefruit meets cool, spicy ginger and piquant pink pepper.

The opening is invigorating, sparkling, and slightly sharp, so the fragrance quickly makes its presence known and leaves a sense of energy.

As it develops, the composition becomes softer and more rounded.

A green accord and apple add juicy, leafy freshness, while lavender supports the fougere direction with a clean, slightly airy nuance.

In the base, amber, iris, and sandalwood create a smooth, warm, and elegant finish, where the fresh notes gradually give way to a comfortable woody-powdery depth.

Sillage and wearability

The fragrance is described as having a very strong sillage, making Intro a good choice for those who enjoy noticeable compositions and want their perfume to accompany them throughout the day.

The recommended amount for application to skin and clothing is not specified in the available information, so it is best to start with a small number of sprays and take the size of the space, the temperature, and your personal sensitivity to rich fragrances into account.

The fresh-spicy opening feels especially natural in spring, autumn, and on cool summer days, when the citrus, green, and woody facets unfold expressively without losing their coherence.

In warm weather, its strong sillage calls for a more restrained application, while in the evening the composition can reveal greater depth and accentuate the confident character of its wearer.

The perfumer and its place in the brand's collection

OMR Beauty Intro is credited to Omar Rudberg.

His work on the composition clearly highlights the idea of a versatile fragrance: the spicy opening never becomes harsh, the green heart preserves its freshness, and the ambery-woody base adds lasting power and presence.

No other concentrations of OMR Beauty Intro are listed in the available information, nor is it associated with a separate collection.

Fragrances worth considering for further exploration of a similar mood include Eisenberg Eau Fraiche, Armaf Bois Nuit, and Tom Tailor Exclusive Man.

They offer an opportunity to compare different interpretations of fresh, woody, and versatile fragrance styles.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Specially went to the USA for them. Fantastic! Citrus with bergamot, long-lasting, many compliments. Too bad they don't deliver to Russia. I would buy constantly.
