Fragrance information:

The year 2016 gave us Florentia Paglieri. This is a unisex fragrance rooted in the east and wood families. This fragrance is the result of a creative collaboration between Eric Fracapane and Henri Bergia. The fragrance belongs to the ambery, citrus, and floral groups. The palette of this fragrance is exceptionally rich: traces of leather and wood can also be found — a rare combination that makes this perfume truly one of a kind. Part of the Paglieri 1876 collection, available as eau de parfum.

The sillage is moderate — present, but never overpowering. Recommended dosage: 1-2 sprays on both skin and clothing. It settles in and stays — the longevity is genuinely high. Country of origin — Italy: no wonder the fragrance turned out this refined. A rich, layered composition that reveals itself differently depending on your mood and the time of day.

Perfume information

Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Florentia evolves as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Paglieri is clear from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum sets the depth and body this composition needs.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Ambery, Citrus, Floral and Leather. The palette also extends to Wood, Balsamic, Spicy and Gourmet.

In the top tier you detect petal-airy first notes: Bergamot, Clove and Rose.

When the opening settles you notice Cedar, Iris, Leather accord and Styrax carrying a velvety sandalwood direction.

The olfactory framework is shaped by these accords: Balsamic, Citrus, Gourmet and Floral with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Wood, Powdery, Amber and Leather add depth to the backdrop. The gender direction is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived. For persistence High suggests confident staying power.

Taken together Florentia reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. These are the fragrances best understood through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.
