Description of the composition

The scent of Return unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Panouge is evident from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Whiteflower, Wood, Floral and Fruit. It also reaches into Earthy / Mossy and Musk. Within olfactory families the fragrance belongs to Floral.

From the first breath you catch radiant jasmine first notes: Lily of the Valley, Narcissus and Palm.

In the central layer you sense Freesia, Gardenia and Lily of the Valley keeping a creamy tuberose direction. At the foundation the structure settles through Blackcurrant, Oak moss and musk, extending a soft compote-like trail.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Floral, Fruit, Musc and Wood without random overlap. The gender direction is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

Taken together Return sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best experienced in wear.
