Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Calvi Beach is built as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The style of Berdoues is clear from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum sets a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Aromatic, Earthy / Mossy and Green. At family level the fragrance belongs to Aromatic, Citrus and Green.

In the top tier you detect radiant lemon-bergamot first note: Clementine. Exactly this 1 note shapes sunny vitality that is impossible to miss.

When the opening settles you meet Basil carrying a pure aromatic direction. At drydown level the structure settles through Lemon, shaping a light zest trail.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Aromatic and Citrus forming a compact and readable structure. The profile is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

Taken together Calvi Beach holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best judged on skin.

Spicy and citrusy scent! It's so light and simple, I really liked it. Despite its softness, it lasts quite long on the skin, I definitely feel it for about 6 hours

Lemons, so zesty and sour, just green. The scent is really bright and intense, citrusy to the max, and these citruses don't hold back. Lime is noticeable, and it's bitter, like something's off

This cold citrus scent is just annoying. It's invigorating, sure, but somehow too intrusive. Summer vibe, yeah, but longevity is just a disaster, reminds me of a cologne that quickly fades away. The sillage might not be bad, but overall - not impressive 😒
