Description of the composition

The composition of Chiaroscuro unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Poesie is evident in the way notes appear and fade. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

When the structure is mixed the fragrance opens as a single chord with a deep balsamic mood: Ambrette, Cedar, Fig, Frankincense, Incense, Limoncello and Red Wine. In this format 7 notes work as one voice, building noble smoky warmth that reads as cohesive from the start.

The inner phases are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

The olfactory framework is shaped by these accords: Balsamic, Citrus, Fruit and Wood without random overlap. Secondary accord layers such as Amber, Spicy, Oriental and Alcoholic expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Green, Wood, Fruit and Balsamic. The framework further includes Drinks and Gourmet.

Taken together Chiaroscuro sounds complete from start to finish — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best experienced in wear.
