Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Madame duBarry is built as a living composition, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The signature of Possets Perfume comes through from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Balsamic, Spicy, Green and Citrus. It also reaches into Wood.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a glittering citrus mood: Amber, Cardamom, Galbanum, Lemon, Lime and Rosewood. In this case 6 notes act as one voice, forming a burst of citrus freshness that feels seamless.

The middle and base stages are felt as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord profile rests on these accords: Citrus, Wood, Spicy and Mineral with each one in a clear role. The gender direction is feminine, which clarifies the composition character.
