Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Mincemeat unfolds as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Possets Perfume is recognizable in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the fragrance opens as a single chord with a soft dessert-like mood: Black Molasses, Brandy, Cedrat and Sweet Accord. Here 4 notes work as one voice, creating a delicious gourmand trail that keeps the opening compact and balanced.

The deeper layers are perceived as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Citrus, Gourmet and Alcoholic with each one in a clear role. The profile is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Sweet, Drinks and Citrus.
