Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Nyx is built as a living composition, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Red Deer Grove comes through in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail.

Without strict stage separation the opening appears as one connected movement with a warm spicy mood: Allspice, Cedar, Cinnamon, Clove, Earthy Notes, Juniper berries and Mistletoe. In this case 7 notes work as one coherent layer, building warm spicy pulse that reads as cohesive from the start.

The deeper layers are read as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which gives the structure continuity.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Floral, Wood, Spicy and Mineral with each one in a clear role. The profile is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Spicy, Wood, Earthy / Mossy and Fruit. The palette also extends to Green and Mineral.
