Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of Blue Curaçao is built as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Reserved is evident from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum sets the depth and body this composition needs.

Without strict stage separation the opening appears as one connected movement with a mineral-marine mood: Aquatic accord, Curaçao and Sea Salt. In this case 3 notes work as one coherent layer, creating a sense of sea breeze that reads as cohesive from the start.

The deeper layers are perceived as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The stylistic positioning is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Mineral, Drinks, Wood and Aquatic. At family level the composition sits in Fern and Water.

Overall Blue Curaçao reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best experienced through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

What a cool scent! It's so fresh, with a light sweet boozy hint. Usually I don't like aquatic notes, but here the sweetness makes it more appealing. Honestly, I didn't expect to like a men's perfume, but this one is just super! I would totally wear it myself
