Perfume information

Description of the composition

The scent of Tal (Marine) is shaped as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Sabon is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de toilette supports a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Citrus, Mineral, Floral and Wood. It also reaches into Whiteflower and Aquatic. Within olfactory families the composition sits in Floral and Water.

From the first breath you catch sparkling citrus opening notes: Bergamot and Lemon.

In the heart you detect Aquatic accord and Floral Notes carrying a smoky-mineral direction. In what remains on skin the composition is fixed through Woody Accord, shaping a earthy woody-resinous trail.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Aquatic, Citrus, Floral and Wood with each one in a clear role. The profile is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

Taken together Tal (Marine) sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best understood in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

How strange, but this fragrance turned out to be completely lifeless. Cold, yes, but at the same time flat as a pancake. The bergamot and lemon sound astringent, and in the opening, flowers appear that don't save the situation. Anyway, this is definitely not the aquatic scent I would want to wear 😒
