Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Empty Quarter unfolds as a layered story, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of SJA Perfumes is clear from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Perfume extract supports the depth and body this composition needs.

Right at the start you catch invigorating sunny opening notes: Bergamot and Lime. These 2 notes set a sensation of cool purity that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

At the core of development you meet Jasmine and Patchouli carrying a sensual jasmine direction. At the foundation the line is anchored through Ambergris, Cambodian Oud, Laos Oud and Oud, reinforcing a earthy woody-resinous trail.

The profile is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

From the group perspective the structure relies on Citrus, Whiteflower, Wood and Ambery. Within olfactory families the fragrance belongs to Wood.

Overall Empty Quarter holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the heart develops the core line, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best understood in wear.
