Description of the composition

The composition of Carpathian Oud Cologne is shaped as a living composition, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Soivohle is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

As soon as the fragrance opens you meet petal-airy first notes: Cedar, Laurel, Rhododendron and Turkish Carnation. These 4 notes set romantic softness that anchors the first impression immediately.

In the middle phase you notice Amber, Iris and Oud carrying a deep balsamic direction. In the final layer the composition is fixed through Laos Oud and Oud, reinforcing a earthy woody-resinous trail.

The olfactory framework is built around these accords: Floral, Wood, Powdery and Spicy with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Mineral add depth to the backdrop. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Wood, Spicy, Floral and Balsamic.
