Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Montgomery Road is built as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Soivohle is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Perfume extract sets the right density and pace of development.

The accord profile is shaped by these accords: Balsamic, Citrus, Gourmet and Floral forming a compact and readable structure. Secondary accord layers such as Fruit, Wood, Amber and Spicy enrich the profile without taking over.

Without strict stage separation the fragrance opens as a single chord with a warm incense mood: Aldehydes, Ambrette, Benzoin, Bergamot, Cardamom, Clove and Hyacinth.

The middle and base stages are read as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Fairy, Green, Balsamic and Citrus. The framework further includes Spicy, Floral, Whiteflower and Earthy / Mossy.

Taken together Montgomery Road holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the heart develops the core line, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best judged on skin.
