Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Prince evolves as a continuous scent journey, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Surrati Perfumes comes through in details that define the fragrance identity. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum supports the depth and body this composition needs.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Balsamic, Wood and Spicy with each one in a clear role. The profile is masculine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

From the first breath you detect clean cedar first note: Oud.

When the opening settles you notice Balsamic notes and Spices keeping a resinous meditative direction. In the final layer the composition is fixed through Woody Accord, extending a deep woody trail.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Wood, Balsamic, Spicy and Gourmet. From a family perspective the composition sits in East and Wood.

Taken together Prince holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best understood through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

This scent reminds me of some sickly sweet ointment smeared on old wooden boards. Doesn't sound very appealing, and honestly, that's exactly how it smells. This fragrance is definitely missing its prince 😅
