Fragrance information:

Rosa Eau Legere Tous — a 2014 fragrance that needs no introduction. By character, a feminine fragrance drawing from the floral family. Conceived and brought to life by perfumer Christine Nagel. The fragrance is presented as eau de toilette.

Expect a delicate sillage: a quiet, intimate presence. It's a light presence — longevity is low, perfect for those who love something airy. The birthplace of this fragrance — Spain, a place with a refined nose. A rich, layered composition that reveals itself differently depending on your mood and the time of day.

Perfume information

Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Rosa Eau Legere is shaped as a continuous scent journey, where layers reveal themselves without rush and without gaps. The signature of Tous comes through in details that define the fragrance identity. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de toilette supports the right density and pace of development.

The accord profile rests on these accords: Citrus, Floral, Fruit and Musc without random overlap. Background accords such as Wood, Amber and Leather add depth to the backdrop. The profile is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read. In wear duration Low suggests confident staying power.

In the top tier you catch petal-airy first notes: Mulberry Flower, Orange and Peach.

At the core of development you meet Magnolia and Rose holding a velvety rose-iris direction.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Floral, Citrus, Fruit and Ambery. The palette also extends to Leather, Wood, Musk and Whiteflower.

Taken together Rosa Eau Legere sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the heart develops the core line, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the fragrances best understood in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Here, rose with orange is clearly felt, but the rose itself seems too aggressive and sharp. Magnolia and peach also don't stay in the shadows, they're noticeable. Honestly, the first fragrance made a bigger impression on me than this flanker

Here, rose is clearly mixed with peach compote and a light musk. The woody notes, by the way, give the fragrance a cool undertone. The result is a very subtle and successful interpretation of a classic fragrance

This version. just a disappointment. A delicate rose, yes, but with peaches that seem too sweet, and magnolia that adds nothing new. The suede base is too heavy, creating a suffocating feeling. I didn't expect it to turn out so badly

Didn't impress me, although it looks nice, fresh, and girlish. Why didn't it work for me? It seemed like it should have. But this rose here is somehow a bit sour, and I don't really like that kind of nuance

In this fragrance, the familiar combination of rose and peach, which has become quite tiresome, is unexpectedly enriched by a bright accent of orange. It gives an oiliness to the rose, and the sweet magnolia nectar adds tenderness. The result is a scent that becomes incredibly soft and warm, like the embrace of a loved one. A true joy! 🌸
