Description of the composition

The composition of Isiride unfolds as a living composition, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Villa Buti is recognizable in details that define the fragrance identity. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum keeps a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

The olfactory framework is shaped by these accords: Wood, Amber, Leather and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. The gender direction is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

Without strict stage separation the opening appears as one connected movement with a peppery-spicy mood: Ambergris, Black Pepper, Cedar, Leather accord, Nutmeg and Vetiver. Here 6 notes act as one integrated frame, building voluminous spicy depth that feels seamless.

The middle and base stages are read as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

At olfactory-group level the profile is anchored in Ambery, Spicy, Wood and Leather.

In summary Isiride holds a coherent structure — the opening sets direction, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best understood on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

This fragrance only causes bewilderment for me. Resinous, warm woody notes sound like they belong in the past. Sweet resins and orange accents are clearly intended for people over 50, not for youth. There's a certain oppressive heaviness that just won't let go. I don't understand how anyone could like this )
