Fragrance information:

Hang Ten West Third Brand, launched in 2014, sits firmly in the category of a unisex fragrance, drawing from the fruit and floral families. The author of this composition is Michael Loring Probst, and that explains a lot. Created within the Société de Senteur collection and available in eau de parfum.

Country of origin — the United States: no wonder the fragrance turned out this refined. A rich, layered composition that reveals itself differently depending on your mood and the time of day.

Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Hang Ten evolves as an expressive line of development, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of West Third Brand is clear from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum supports the right density and pace of development.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a multi-layered petal mood: Cyclamen, Grass, Lavender, Lilac, Lychee, Rose and Solar notes. Here 7 notes sound as one integrated frame, building the effect of a living bouquet that feels seamless.

The inner phases are perceived as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The internal accord map rests on these accords: Aromatic, Floral, Fruit and Cosmetic with each one in a clear role.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Floral, Green, Fruit and Mineral. The framework further includes Whiteflower.

Overall Hang Ten holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the fragrances best understood through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Simply an amazing fragrance! So many unexpected ingredients gathered in one bottle, I'm not even sure how they managed to do it. It seems some of them shouldn't even combine, but the result turned out incredibly harmonious and natural. I didn't quite understand what "solar notes" are, but when I apply it to my skin, I feel as if I myself radiate light and warmth. It's truly some kind of magic!
