Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Sottile 1.61 is built as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Yosh comes through from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum sets the right density and pace of development.

Without strict stage separation the fragrance opens as a single chord with a creamy-floral mood: Lily of the Valley and Rose. In this format 2 notes act as one coherent layer, forming light sensuality that feels seamless.

The middle and base stages are perceived as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The accord profile rests on these accords: Floral without random overlap. The gender direction is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Whiteflower and Floral. Within olfactory families the fragrance belongs to Floral.

Overall Sottile 1.61 reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best judged in wear.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

This fragrance is simply awful! Rose and lily of the valley? They're totally out of place here! The freshness they talk about is more reminiscent of withered flowers that were simply forgotten to be thrown away. No romance whatsoever, just an intrusive smell that gets on your nerves. If you want to relax, better just close the windows and don't breathe in this nonsense. Spring garden? Nah, it's more like some nightmare, not a garden!
