To the fragrance:
Yardley Iris and Lavender
Your fragrance is really different. Lavender and Iris with Lavender are different things. Lavender on its own, yes, I agree, isn't that easy to wear, it sounds a bit heavy, not necessarily masculine, but somehow too loud. I use it as a room spray, to spritz linen in the closet, and in other situations too. But Iris with Lavender is a completely different story, a very beautiful fragrance, Iris is also, by the way, my favorite 🌸
To the fragrance:
Molinard Violette
There are no aldehydes or geranium here, which, in my opinion, makes the fragrance less retro. Nevertheless, it still evokes associations with violet perfumes that were fashionable in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Perhaps this is due to the iris and musk, which make the scent at the finish resemble antique powder

Valentino Valentina Rosa Assoluto
A rose full of sweetness, like chocolate candies. It smells bright and rich, and notes of saffron add an interesting accent. A very sweet, dense, evening fragrance that fills the atmosphere. It's a true feast for the senses

Demeter Zombie Dog
Getting to know this scent turned out to be a real adventure! The name and strange image only piqued my interest. In the end, I smelled an autumn forest and mushrooms. It was unexpected and interesting! ))

Maison Francis Kurkdjian gentle Fluidity
The concept is interesting, of course, but the scents sound completely different. Gold is a heavy, vanilla-amber scent that's overwhelming. The base is woody-musky, but for me, it definitely suits women more 😒

On my skin, this fragrance revealed itself as a sort of lipstick iris, but its atmosphere leaves much to be desired. At first, it's quite sharp, then it starts to fade, as if trying to hide. The bright "lipstick" note gradually disappears, leaving only a soft iris in musk, which causes nothing but disappointment
