The 2012 L'Autre Oud fragrance is something else! Unfortunately, it's impossible to find the original now, and I haven't tried the 2016 reformulation. But, damn, this rose. It's so heavy and dense, truly masculine, dark. From the first sniff, I knew it was something fantastic. I've been wearing it for three days now, and it's simply gorgeous. It has an interesting trick: when you press your nose to your wrist, it seems like the scent has almost disappeared, but just a wave of the hand-and it envelops you again, like a burgundy wave. Very comfortable, dense, and beautiful. The combination of oud and rose is a classic, but how it's done matters. And here there's also saffron, and labdanum with myrrh, and patchouli with vetiver-I can smell it all! But two burgundy roses and deep woody oud-that's the foundation on which this whole masterpiece rests. In short, I've completely fallen in love and bought a bottle
