A very specific fragrance, definitely not for everyone. Even for me it's too straightforward, although I'm a historian and artist and often visit monasteries. This is almost purely the smell of a church service, so there won't be many people wanting to wear it and smell like a priest with a censer

Guerlain surprised again, showing they can create true masterpieces in the world of perfumery! These scents seem to appeal to almost everyone, and even if they don't, they certainly won't cause rejection for those who aren't too knowledgeable about perfumes!!! No long wearing-in or getting used to this scent is needed. It's immediately noticeable and leaves a pleasant impression.

The smell from the bottle definitely reminds me of my mom's makeup bag. But those first few minutes after applying it - that's a test. At first, it's a bitter, old cologne, like from a streetwalker. Then a bright, retro-style aldehyde note appears, gradually softened by sweet citrus, like "monpasiye" candies, and a touch of ginger's sharpness. A colleague noticed cinnamon, and after half an hour, I finally caught the floral notes. Leather accents never showed up, but the musk, oh yes, it bloomed magnificently. My husband didn't like it at first, he said it was too sweet. But after a couple of hours, a delicate creamy musk emerged, and the scent became warm and cozy. Didn't notice any sweat or body odor. The sillage is small, but it spreads in waves. In the wind, there's a light trail of creamy flowers. In the end, my husband kept following me, constantly sniffing and burying his face in my neck. That's never happened before! All in all, this is definitely TENDERNESS and an amazing perfume!
