The scent is really interesting and energizing. At first, it smells like boiled carrots, just like in childhood, and then the freshness of herbs and the brightness of citrus zest are added. This fragrance can definitely be worn by both men and women, especially if you like more active and lively notes )
Apparently, the entire collection will be in the style of oriental fragrances. Honestly, I'm a little scared of how the brand will handle lily of the valley. This note can easily turn into something banal, like an air freshener )
Salty aquatic notes and tart herbs create an interesting scent. In cold air, it unfolds especially beautifully. Its sillage is fresh, but with a slight sharpness. I think such a perfume would be ideal for a cold climate; it truly has a Nordic character
What a wonderful perfume! It's perfect for a sunny summer day. Light, delicately floral, with a hint of exoticism and an interesting bitterness. The floral notes are so gentle, they simply delight! Although the longevity isn't the highest among all my perfumes, for summer it's even good - a couple of hours is quite enough. It's perfectly suited for crowded places, as the scent is unobtrusive and very pleasant
At first, the fruits seem bright and juicy, but to me, they sound too artificial. And yes, a soapy musk feeling quickly appears on the skin, which is not pleasing at all 😔
I kept wondering what was so familiar about this scent. As soon as I found out Francis Kurkdjian created it, I immediately pulled out Lumiere Noire. Patchouli and rose, like Kurkdjian's, but in Lumiere it emphasizes narcissus, while in Rose Barbare, it's a different story. This rose isn't heavy or oily, it's not delicate like a garden rose, but rather reminiscent of a Jeanne d'Arc rose. Such a bold interpretation - a dive into aldehydes, with a woody-honey base, as if it wants to declare itself a chypre! I love how it changes. Sometimes it flirts like a young girl, then suddenly becomes a revolutionary, and then calms down, like a fragile but beautiful woman
In this fragrance, you can feel the sweetness of orange marmalade and a light hint of rose oil. At first glance, it sounds quite appetizing, but here's the problem: budget perfumes often suffer from excessive chemical and plastic notes. This one also has that synthetic fruity note, which, though pleasant, doesn't give a natural feel 😕
