To the fragrance: Yves Saint Laurent Kouros

How strange is this! After stumbling upon a bunch of rave reviews, I eagerly approached the tester in the perfume shop. I bring it to my nose, and BAM! This scent just smacks me in the face, as if someone decided to teach me a good lesson. Honestly, I was even confused. Why is it like this? What's wrong with me or with this perfume?
