Something truly interesting. The Diptyque brand isn't that easy to find in big cities, but you can definitely encounter it in Molecule boutiques. Residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Krasnodar, Sochi, and Perm can confidently drop into "Molecule" stores to get acquainted with the new woody-powdery fragrance. And there's a lot to appreciate here. The base of the composition is cashmeran, which reveals powdery, woody, musky, and even floral notes. The perfumer focused on the woody-powdery aspect, adding juniper berries to the first part and enriching the second part with iris components. Jasmine adds a light cosmetic effect, creating the sensation of face powder, and some citrus-aquatic element gives the fragrance freshness and cleanliness. But this isn't just faceless cleanliness. It can remind you of an expensive shampoo or shower gel from a niche brand (I once had a shampoo with rosemary and frankincense, and I dreamed of such a perfume), as well as aftershave lotion or a face mask. Diptyque isn't associated with functional perfumery - if it smelled like this, it would be too good for it. As in one of the mentioned fragrances, Orphéon exudes grooming and polish, as well as comfort and safety. This fragrance surprises with its dissonance and how good it is. Just trust me and schedule a meeting with it
