It's not bad, but something's off. There's some floral powder that just throws me off. At first, it seemed bright, with notes of lily of the valley and citruses, but then in the drydown, everything became somewhat gloomy

The fragrance is truly memorable. So much has already been said about it, but I'll still add my thoughts. I mainly smell vanilla and coffee; they dominate throughout. Two notes, but it doesn't cause fatigue, rather it delights. I also sense a light hint of orange blossom and jasmine. This creates an atmosphere of femininity and tenderness. Black Opium is one of those fragrances that immediately captivates. The longevity and sillage are pleasing; I feel it on myself all day. On scarves and furs, the coffee is more pronounced, while on the skin, it's a soft vanilla, not sweet, but specifically perfumery vanilla. It's memorable from the first sniff and doesn't let go. Created by masters, and it's truly worth it

Frédéric Malle has once again collaborated with Anne Flipo, resulting in the fragrance “Synthetic Jungle”. This name brings back sad memories of how perfumery once could have been a true art. The inspiration for this fragrance came from the 70s, when green chypres like Estée Lauder Private Collection and Chanel No. 19 were at their peak popularity. I remember how everything was simpler and more sincere back then. Listening to Stevie Wonder's music, I can't help but think of Mother Earth’s Plantasia - an album that created an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. At the time when Germaine Cellier created Vent Vert, the world of perfumery was full of freshness and novelty. This fragrance became a symbol of change, and now that everything has changed so much, its spirit seems unattainable. In the 80s, when new synthetic components appeared, Sophia Grojsman created Calyx, which, although not known in Russia, left its mark in the hearts of Americans. In one of the MoMA halls where Synthetic Jungle was presented, different eras mingled, and it was both beautiful and sad. The video installation and the cloud of scent created an atmosphere that recalled what once was, but will not return. Malle, as always, evokes mixed feelings in me. He seems to be trying to take us back to the past, but at the same time shows how far we have strayed from those simple yet profound emotions

To the fragrance: Sugababes Tempt

Speaking of modern perfumes, this scent evokes nostalgia. The sweetness of berries and rose jam, not too cloying, but still sweet. It looks appealing, and there's something mature about it that makes you think of the past.

To the fragrance: Ted Lapidus Silk Way

In this fragrance, I only catch cinnamon, amber, and a tiny bit of peaches. It reminds me of the taste of Coca-Cola, which is surprising! But the longevity, unfortunately, is disappointing, it's too short 😕

The vanilla here is simply magnificent, and the spices and resins create an interesting background. The scent is truly rich, dense, and feels like a warm embrace. It's warm and evokes only positive emotions. An excellent choice for wintertime

To the fragrance: Zara Waterlily Tea Dress

Fresh and bright, in this fragrance I also catch notes of neroli and green tea. Sounds simple, but for a hot summer, it's a real find. The scent is truly captivating, this collaborative project turned out great
