Brand «Alexander Julian»

Alexander Julian was born in Chapel Hill, USA, on February 8, 1948. He graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1969. He taught himself clothing design. After finishing his studies, Julian worked in his father's store selling men's clothing. During this period, he began developing his first designs, which he sold in the same store.

The designer created his own brand "Alexander Julian" in 1975 in New York. That same year, his first men's clothing collection was presented. Three years later, he developed women's clothing, followed by knitwear collections and a children's line. The designer received the Coty American Fashion Critics Award five times and the Cutty Sark Award three times. In 1985, Alexander Julian created his first furniture collection. Three years later, a line of belts and handbags was launched.

Alexander presented his first fragrance for women in 1992. The perfume composition Alexander Julian Womenswear is part of the original product line of designer Paul Sebastian.
