Brand «Omega»

The founder of the Omega brand is Louis Brandt, who was born on May 13, 1825 in La Brevine, Switzerland. At the age of 23, Louis Brandt opened his first workshop in La Chaux-de-Fonds, where pocket watches were assembled. Initially, he produced high-precision pocket watches from purchased parts. In 1894, the name Omega watches was used for the first time.

In 1903, the brand passed to the four sons of César and Louis-Paul, the eldest, Paul-Émile, was only 23 years old. Over the next 50 years, he significantly influenced the company's development. Just as a trusting relationship develops between a watch and its owner, so too does an invisible communication arise between a fragrance and the person who chooses it. When Omega commissioned a fragrance that would reflect the expansive state of its refined watches, it required phenomenal skill from the creator of scent secrets, who could formulate the inner character of the brand in the perfume's aroma.

Omega turned to the renowned perfumer Alberto Morillas, a legendary 'nose' who created famous women's and men's fragrances. The perfumer faced a dilemma: to truly represent the Omega brand, he needed to create a fragrance that equally combined sportiness and elegance, and expressed the brand's values: energy, individuality, and passion for innovation. The Omega Aqua Terra fragrance shares the same name as the watch collection.

More than 100 of the most exclusive ingredients were blended to create the Omega Aqua Terra fragrance, resulting in a long-lasting perfume with exquisite, energetic, and sensual notes. The eloquent hallmark on the silver cap is an adaptation of Omega’s famous seahorse logo.
