How to change fragrances by seasons: a guide to weather and temperature

Nicolas Chabo is not just a perfumer, but a visionary who has managed to harmoniously combine historical heritage and the most daring experiments in his career. This unique master is known to the world as the man who breathed new life into the legendary house of Le Galion and simultaneously founded the futuristic brands Aether and Corps Volatils. His journey in the industry began not in a laboratory, but in the offices of marketers, which gave him a rare understanding of both the essence of fragrance and its value to the audience.
After completing his education in marketing and communications, Nicolas undertook a fateful internship in Dior's perfume department, where his true passion was born. His experience at Givenchy and Estée Lauder honed his business acumen, while managing projects in the field of spatial aromatization opened up the limitless possibilities of synthetic materials. This unusual background became the foundation for his future bold projects.
Chabot's greatest achievement was the revival of the historic Le Galion house in 2014. He did not simply buy the brand, but carefully reconstructed its DNA, bringing back iconic compositions such as the exquisite Sortilege, the elegant Special for Gentlemen, and the delicate Lily of the Valley 2020. Under his leadership, modern hits were also born: the aristocratic Eau Noble and the daring Snob. He proved that classics can be relevant by preserving the house's prim chic but presenting it in a modern visual key.
In 2016, Chabo presented his laboratory of the future — the Aether brand. Contrary to everything he had done with Le Galion, here he immersed himself in the world of pure synthetic molecules. His best perfumes for this project are ultra-modern urban portraits. Users particularly highlight the crystal-clear Aetheroxyde, the mysterious metallic Carboneum, and the sensual Muskethanol. These fragrances have become a manifesto proving that the future of perfumery is not limited by natural boundaries.
The next grand experiment was the 2020 project Corps Volatils. The brand's concept is based on perfect balance, presenting 24 fragrances: 12 made from pure synthetic materials and 12 from natural ingredients. This is not a confrontation, but a dialogue, where, for example, delicate Rose Alcane can coexist with bright Citrus Ester. This project finally established Nicolas Chabot's reputation as a philosopher and scientist in the world of perfumery.
Nicolas Chabo's signature style is a combination of impeccable taste for French perfume classics and the fearlessness of a technological innovator. He masterfully controls contrasts: from powdery floral accords in Le Galion to abstract molecular constructions in Aether. His influence lies in the fact that he has pushed the boundaries of niche perfumery, showing that one person can preserve the past and create the future with equal passion. Discussions of his fragrances in the community are always full of emotion, from nostalgia to surprise, which is what makes him such an important figure.
