Fragrance information:

Herbalife is a name familiar to anyone who has ever thought about a healthy lifestyle. But did you know that this brand produces not only sports nutrition, but also fragrances?

Heart is a delicate floral accord introduced in 2000 that continues to win over admirers to this day.

It is an eau de toilette with a light, unobtrusive trail—an ideal choice for those who prefer a whisper to a shout.

An olfactory journey: notes and accords

The fragrance belongs to the floral family and is designed for women. Its composition centers on gardenia, water lily, tea, and ivy. It may seem like a simple combination, but its magic lies precisely in that simplicity.

Gardenia lends a creamy depth, water lily brings sheer freshness, while tea and ivy add a green, subtly astringent touch.

It is not a complex fragrance, but rather a “clean” one—like morning dew on petals.

How and when to wear Herbalife Heart

Thanks to its soft trail, Herbalife Heart will not overwhelm those around you. It is ideal for the office, school, or everyday errands. This is a mood-lifting fragrance: light, cheerful, and free from any heaviness.

It can confidently be recommended to young women—it will not feel too “grown-up” or intrusive. It is also a wonderful option for those just beginning their journey into the world of perfume.

Similar fragrances: what else to try

If you have fallen for Herbalife Heart, take a look at Demeter Gardenia—it seems made for gardenia lovers.

Philosophy Tea Leaf, with its tea nuance, and TerraNova Gardenia—another delicate floral option—are also close in spirit.

You can learn more about the brand on its official website: Fragonard (yes, Fragonard rather than Herbalife—one of perfumery’s little mysteries).

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

This scent really surprises with its lightness and freshness! The floral notes are delicate, but the longevity leaves something to be desired. The airy trail it leaves is simply mesmerizing!!! You can feel tea with white flowers, lots of green notes, and the sweetness only subtly peeks through. It's like a spring day, full of youth and hope
