The perfumer's biography began in Montreal, continued in Israel, and found its creative home in Vancouver. Fascinated by botany and the world of scents since childhood, she studied the ancient craft of incense making, which later shaped her unique approach. Her path to creating perfumes is the story of a self-taught artist whose passion in the early 2000s transformed into her first experiments with natural essential oils and absolutes.

Brand creation and educational mission

Ayala's career as a perfumer and entrepreneur officially began in 2001 with the founding of Quinta Essentia Signature Perfumes, where she created custom fragrances. In 2006, the brand was reborn as Ayala Moriel Parfums, and in 2007, the first flagship store-studio opened in Vancouver, becoming the epicenter of her universe. At the same time, Ayala Moriel began her educational mission by launching the famous course The Foundation of Natural Perfumery, where she has been sharing her extensive knowledge with a new generation of "noses" since 2007.
