Fragrance information:

Acorelle is a French ode to purity and naturalness. In 2010, the brand introduced R de Rose, a women's fragrance that became the quintessence of organic elegance.

The composition was created by renowned perfumer Azzi Glasser, who captured the brand's philosophy of purity, respect for nature, and sensual beauty.

History and Philosophy

Acorelle has been creating fragrances certified to Ecocert standards since 2000.

R de Rose is a vivid example of this concept: it contains no synthetic components, only natural essences carefully harvested in the heart of France.

The fragrance belongs to the floral family, yet its minimalist pyramid unfolds with unexpected depth.

It is not merely a rose, but an entire story of returning to one’s roots, where every accord breathes with natural harmony.

Character and Sillage

R de Rose is a fragrance with a very strong sillage. It feels confident and feminine, making it perfect for evening occasions or special moments when you want to leave a memorable impression.

Despite its intensity, the composition remains refined and unobtrusive—a testament to its natural ingredients.

The fragrance is available in eau de parfum concentration, ensuring all-day longevity.

What to Compare It To

If you have fallen in love with R de Rose, take a look at similar compositions: Dior Addict Eau Sensuelle with its spicy depth, Salvatore Ferragamo F by Ferragamo with its playful fruity character, and Molton Brown Celestial Maracuja with exotic nuances.

Each reinterprets the floral theme in its own way, but R de Rose remains unique thanks to its organic purity.

Who Created It

The fragrance was created by Azzi Glasser, known for her love of bold interpretations of classic notes.

In R de Rose, she combined a traditional rose with unexpected aldehydic facets and berry sweetness, transforming the fragrance into a modern ode to nature.

The result is a harmonious, long-lasting, and touching perfume that will become a faithful companion for those who appreciate mindful beauty.

Description of the composition

The R de Rose composition is built on the contrast between delicacy and depth. The top notes—geranium and rose—create a vibrant floral opening.

At the heart, jasmine, osmanthus, and aldehydes bloom, adding an airy, luminous powderiness. The base surprises with juicy raspberry, lending the fragrance a playful fruity trail.

Rose runs through the entire composition, remaining the leading lady of this natural symphony.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The scent starts with a gorgeous rose accent, but then sour woody notes appear, almost floating. The base, unfortunately, is too raw and takes away all the bright and interesting nuances 😕
