Description of the composition

The composition of Fig unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Allen Shaw is clear in details that define the fragrance identity. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum keeps the right density and pace of development.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a warm spicy mood: Bergamot, Cinnamon, Fig, Laurel, Tea, Tobacco and White Cedar.

The middle and base stages are perceived as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which gives the structure continuity.

The olfactory framework rests on these accords: Citrus, Fruit, Musc and Wood without random overlap. Additional accords such as Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Citrus, Spicy, Fruit and Green. The palette also extends to Wood and Musk.

Taken together Fig reads as a cohesive composition — the opening sets direction, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best experienced through real development.
