Description of the composition

The scent of Al Fareed is built as a layered story, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Arabian Oud is evident from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum keeps a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

As soon as the fragrance opens you detect radiant lemon-bergamot opening notes: Bergamot, Geranium and Pink pepper. Exactly these 3 notes build sunny vitality that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

When the opening settles you notice Grey Ambergris, Patchouli and Violet holding a sensual animalic direction.

The accord profile rests on these accords: Citrus, Floral, Musc and Wood forming a compact and readable structure. Additional accords such as Amber and Spicy add depth to the backdrop.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Citrus, Floral, Spicy and Animals. The framework further includes Wood, Gourmet and Musk. From a family perspective the scent maps to East.

Taken together Al Fareed sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the central phase adds depth, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the scent structures best understood in wear.
