Description of the composition

The composition of Leather Oud is built as a living composition, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The style of B.ATES is evident in details that define the fragrance identity. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum sets the depth and body this composition needs.

At the opening of the pyramid you meet suede-spicy opening notes: Leather accord, Raspberry, Rhubarb and Rose. Exactly these 4 notes form the effect of expensive suede that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

In the middle phase you sense Nagarmotha, Oud, Vanilla and Violet holding a velvety sandalwood direction.

The accord profile is built around these accords: Gourmet, Floral, Fruit and Musc with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Wood, Leather and Spicy enrich the profile without taking over.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Leather, Fruit, Green and Floral. The framework further includes Wood, Gourmet, Spicy and Musk.

Taken together Leather Oud sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the middle layer carries the identity, and the base secures the trail. These are the scent structures best understood in wear.
