The note pyramid of Come Il Sole evolves as an expressive line of development, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The style of Bois 1920 comes through in the way notes appear and fade. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum emphasizes the right density and pace of development.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Balsamic, Floral, Fruit and Wood. The framework further includes Citrus, Whiteflower, Animals and Musk. At family level the fragrance belongs to East and Floral.

Right at the start you meet sparkling citrus opening notes: Bergamot and Cherry.

From the first accords, I immediately knew it wasn't for me. On my skin, there's a chill, and then the base notes immediately emerge: just a terrible combination of heavy amber, balm, cheap musk, and powder. I was looking for the cherry, because the reviews for the perfume are so great. But in this sticky mixture, you'd have to search for the cherry. After 20 minutes, it calms down a bit, becomes slightly more tolerable, but. the beauty never appears 😅

So far, I only smell berries with a light woody accent in the scent; the overall impression is still unclear. I can't say how it will unfold over time, as I don't have a full bottle for further testing. I tried it in the store on my wrist.

The scent is really interesting, but it gives me strange feelings. After my bottle sat for a while, I started to smell something like raw cherry pie-sourish dough and the scent of berries. At first, it was a bit unexpected. But over time, it became more harmonious: balsamic cherry with light floral notes and woody accents. Sometimes you can even catch hints of dampness in it, which might seem odd, but honestly, it adds to its mystery and depth. I can't say I completely love it, but I can't say it repels me either.
