Perfume information

Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Kobako Sensuelle evolves as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The style of Bourjois is recognizable in details that define the fragrance identity. No excess details, only what works, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum keeps the depth and body this composition needs.

In the first seconds you detect sparkling citrus opening notes: Lemon and Mandarin. Exactly these 2 notes build a burst of citrus freshness that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

In the middle phase you notice Jasmine and Rose carrying a creamy tuberose direction.

The accord architecture rests on these accords: Citrus, Floral, Wood and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure. The stylistic positioning is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

From the group perspective the profile is anchored in Citrus, Whiteflower, Floral and Wood. The framework further includes Gourmet. At family level the composition sits in Floral and Wood.

Taken together Kobako Sensuelle sounds complete from start to finish — the start forms character, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the scent structures best understood through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

Jasmine always evokes admiration, no matter how it's presented. In this version, it's presented a little differently, and it would seem it should be sweet and even a bit cloying. But in reality, that's not the case at all! Here, a very harmonious, natural sweetness is felt. The fragrance is simply charming and incredibly delicate!

A perfume that is timeless. I remember when I first bought my real mascara, and that's when I encountered this fragrance. It's versatile, combining tartness and sweetness of floral notes, yet nothing stands out too brightly. You can catch a hint of rose, but it's not at all like now, without that oily aftertaste often found in Bulgarian rose ))

I had no idea Bourjois had such fragrances. It's interesting, and the lilac-colored bottle is simply gorgeous. Bergamot at the start, floral notes and vanilla in the base - that's a classic that always brings joy 🌸

After the citrus notes pleasantly tickle your nose, the further development of the fragrance becomes truly exciting and beautiful. It's like turning up the brightness on a screen: the image stays the same, but the sensations become brighter and richer

In my opinion, this perfume has no age limits at all, it suits anyone. It's so rich and evening-like that wearing it during the day is simply bad taste. For a walk or a party - yes, that's its place. As an addition to an evening dress - perfectly fine. But, to be honest, it's quite simple and doesn't stand out, similar to a bunch of others, for example, Dior Sensuel. And its color is the same too

The fragrance is really pleasant, but I'd recommend it to women over 35-40, as it's quite mature. Although, it might not suit everyone. It has oriental notes and sweetness, which makes it deep. It lasts about 8 hours, perfect for cold weather )
