Description of the composition

The scent of Vanilla is shaped as an expressive line of development, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The style of C.O.Bigelow is clear from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Oil-based perfume emphasizes a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

Without strict stage separation the notes arrive together with a gourmand enveloping mood: Vanilla. In this case 1 note acts as one integrated frame, creating effect of a cozy dessert that feels seamless.

The heart and base are felt as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which gives the structure continuity.

The stylistic positioning is feminine, which clarifies the composition character. For persistence Middle indicates a stable lasting impression. In diffusion Weak defines the projection profile in space.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Gourmet and Sweet. From a family perspective the composition sits in Sweet.

In summary Vanilla holds a coherent structure — the first stage creates momentum, the middle layer carries the identity, while the drydown anchors the memory. This is the type of composition best experienced on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

I haven't encountered such vanilla in stores, I noticed that the manufacturer is from the USA, perhaps it's related to supplies or something else. And I wonder, are these oil perfumes? 🤔

Brands always clearly show who they're targeting - men or women. Even unisex here looks quite masculine, although it does have vanilla. Who would've thought! The vanilla isn't sweet, but rather fresh, like green pods

Today I went into a store, just passing by. I stopped by chance, wasn't even planning to test anything, but when I went outside and hit the sun, I immediately smelled this interesting tart scent with notes of tobacco and vanilla. Honestly, I was surprised. Now I'm wondering if I should buy a bottle))) The price is quite reasonable, and it really smells pleasant. By the way, this is the first time I've encountered this brand
