Fragrance information:

Osez-Moi! by Chantal Thomass is an anthem to femininity and provocation, released in 2009.

For the fashion world, the name Chantal Thomass is synonymous with rebellious sensuality and refined provocation.

The founder of the eponymous brand, often called the “queen of French lingerie,” began by creating lingerie before later conquering the world of perfumery. Osez-Moi!

(meaning “Dare Me!”) is an invitation to play and seduction.

The composition of Osez-Moi!

is a floral woody musk accord, in which delicate notes of rose, frangipani, and chamomile intertwine with soft peony, while a base of musk and vetiver lends longevity and depth.

This women’s fragrance in eau de parfum concentration belongs to the Floral, Woody, and Musk families.

Its sillage is moderate, making it ideal for everyday wear while still noticeable enough to leave an impression.

It unfolds intriguingly yet never feels overpowering—the perfect balance for those who love being the center of attention without excessive intensity.

If you liked Osez-Moi!, take a look at similar fragrances: Avon Avon Sensuelle, Nina Ricci Love in Paris Christmas Edition, and Victoria's Secret Dim all the Lights.

Each one explores the theme of floral-musky sensuality in its own way.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

If you like fragrances with a pronounced musk, then this one might interest you. It reminds me of something from the world of Desnuda Ungaro or Naomi Campbell, but without the bright peach notes, which, in my opinion, makes it more pleasant. However, you can't call it light; rather, it leaves a feeling of heaviness. It's suitable for the cold season, but the price, to be honest, is inflated. The bottle looks like a real decoration, you could give it as a gift, but for now, it hasn't become part of my story. Perhaps over time I'll change my mind

The powder is simply magnificent, it's so soft and rich! I finally got my hands on this bottle, it's a unique composition, very cozy and luxurious. The scent reminds me more of powder than lipstick, a feeling of cleanliness and well-groomed elegance. True love!

Putain Des Palaces for me is something strange. On a physical level, I simply can't stand this fragrance. For some, it might be delicate and powdery, but for me, it's a terrible stench and sweaty armpits. Usually, I'm quite loyal to different smells, but something is off here.

Osez-Moi! by Chantal Thomass, in my opinion, seems to have inherited something from Putain, but without all those unpleasant nuances. This fragrance seems cleaner and neater. At first, it's a bit sharp, but then it opens into a cozy meringue with delicate vanilla powder. For several hours, a light powdery note and rose are perceptible. Although it's not the ideal powdery fragrance for me, it's still interesting.

It wears easily, suitable for any mood and weather. I didn't notice chamomile and frangipani, but there's a bit of powdery rose and a very pleasant vanilla in the base. I also think there's violet and a suede accord present. On the first test, it reminded me of Petite et Mamans, but with wear, I realized they are completely different fragrances, united only by a powdery note.

Some bloggers noted that the design isn't very successful. Perhaps there's some truth to that. My only complaint is about the cap; it doesn't sit tightly. Otherwise, the design fully corresponds to the concept of the fragrance, looking refined and with ruffles

What a load of nonsense, not powder at all. I don't feel any tenderness, only harshness and heaviness. This musk, it seems, just overwhelms everything around it instead of blending with the skin. The fragrance didn't unfold; on the contrary, it became even more oppressive. I don't understand how anyone could like this ))

Oh, it's so soft and cozy! The scent reminds me of warmth and care, like a hug. This fragrance fills me with a feeling of tenderness and comfort. I don't break it down into notes, I just enjoy what it evokes. I feel a surge of energy and inspiration!!!

This scent, like a light cloud, envelops and doesn't let go 😔 It's warm, a little sad, and very feminine. I was worried that the combination of vetiver with chamomile might sound harsh, but, fortunately, it's not. They only add uniqueness, and the scent stays in memory
