Discovering the Vibrant Legacy

The fragrance Outrageously Vibrant by Diana Vreeland is an eau de parfum released in 2014, embodying the spirit of the legendary style icon.

The brand Diana Vreeland, founded in the same year, creates luxury fragrances dedicated to the eccentric and influential Diana Vreeland, and this perfume is a vivid testament to that.

Launched by Diana's grandson, Alexander Vreeland, the fragrance entered the collection, adorned with a fuchsia-colored bottle with a purple tassel, emphasizing its extravagant character and making it visually memorable.

Olfactory Symphony: Chypre-Floral Harmony

The composition belongs to the Chypre and Floral families, creating a seductive and thrilling sound that is perfect for passionate and confident individuals.

At the heart of the fragrance lie key notes, including Blackcurrant Leaf, Patchouli, and Rose, forming a rich and multifaceted character that unfolds over time.

This is a women's fragrance with a noticeable trail, providing an intense and long-lasting presence, ideal for special occasions or daily boldness.

The creation of Outrageously Vibrant was handled by the famous perfumer Carlos Benaim, who dedicated two years to developing this fragrance, striving to convey the spirit of Diana Vreeland through olfactory art.

His expertise brought a balance between classic chypre elegance and modern floral luxury, strengthening the brand's reputation as innovative in the world of luxury perfumery.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

the bottle looks quite modest, but the fragrance is clearly not for everyone. the rose here is too intrusive, and the patchouli is just off the charts. overall, this combination might only appeal to those who like something unusual

How sad it is to realize that this fragrance has become so popular. There's something familiar about it, almost like an old forgotten melody, but instead of tobacco, there's patchouli here. It really suits cool weather, but not too cold. Stylish, with a hint of audacity, but there's something elusive about it that makes you recall what can no longer be brought back 😔

This fragrance just blows your mind, but at some point, it starts to embrace you when you're already in complete shock. The patchouli here is simply powerful, authentic, and they clearly didn't skimp on the roses. At first, it's overwhelming, but when it settles, something fresh and moist remains on the skin, even with a slight earthy undertone, which is a pleasant surprise. But surviving until that moment - that's the question 😅

How sad, but this scent is simply awful. Patchouli, as if it hasn't been washed in a hundred years, with such a heavy rose that it just crushes your brain. And this oud. well, just a nightmare. Honestly, I'm already sick of such compositions, and here, alas, nothing new. The execution, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired
