Founded in 1985 by the visionary duo—Sicilian Domenico Dolce and Milanese Stefano Gabbana—the Dolce & Gabbana brand has been celebrated from the very beginning for its ability to blend tradition with modernity.

The Dolce fragrance continues this tradition, offering a fresh perspective on classic floral perfumery, making it an ideal choice for everyday wear and special moments.

Positioning and Character

The female fragrance Dolce is presented in eau de parfum concentration, which ensures balanced longevity and a soft development on the skin.

Its middle trail leaves a delicate yet memorable trace, perfectly suited for the office, dates, or walks in warm seasons.

The fragrance belongs to the floral families, with accents from floral, musk, and white flower groups, creating an image of tenderness and strength simultaneously.

Dolce is a fragrance for self-confident women who seek a balance between classic and new.

It is complimentary and easily recognizable, thanks to its unique bouquet, which unfolds gradually, from fresh top notes to a warm base.

This release highlights Dolce & Gabbana's ability to create fragrances that not only follow trends but set them, while remaining true to their unique style.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

The fragrance, though stylish in appearance, turned out to be quite ordinary in reality. I didn't find any unique twist to catch my nose. It's pleasant, but too simple and light. Freshness is moderate, green, with a light sweetness. I can sense neroli and musk in it, but it's not enough to make an impression )

A fragrance that evokes mixed feelings. Floral notes, freshness - all this reminds of carefree youth, but there's something elusive about it. White flowers, yes, but they don't overpower, rather they embrace. The bottle is a real find, looks very cute and girlish. Longevity is pleasing, it stays close to the skin, but not obtrusively. Overall, the fragrance leaves a pleasant aftertaste, but you wouldn't say it's unambiguous

Honestly, the fragrance isn't impressive. The sweetness is somewhat cloying, freshness isn't felt, and the tartness is just irritating. The powdery nuance adds heaviness, and instead of lightness, a depressing feeling arises. No associations with blooming gardens, rather, it resembles an abandoned plot where everything has withered. There's no tenderness here, only some transparent emptiness. Longevity? Yes, but it's more oppressive than pleasing

This fragrance is truly light and fresh, like a breath of wind. I don't wear it often, but precisely in those moments when I want a break from more intense scents. It brings a feeling of lightness and freedom, which is always delightful

Today I realized that Italian perfumery simply mesmerizes me. I spent an eternity at the D&G stand. What can I say? This fragrance, in my opinion, suits everyone and any time of year. It's simultaneously soft, romantic, and incredibly comfortable. Upon first application, you feel bright yet delicate floral notes, as if you've entered a garden of freshly bloomed flowers. Later, a sweetness emerges, reminiscent of a mix of linden and rose. But it's so rich that you experience it as if you're tasting expensive champagne. The sweetness isn't faint, nor is it cloying, as it often is with many. These nuances make the fragrance perfect for a party. Not a pretentious one, but a vibrant one, for a special occasion. I don't consider it banal. For me, it's full of poetry and emotion

Fresh flowers, like drops of dew, fill the air. The scent is light and refined, it whispers with such subtlety. There's something delicate and pure about it, like an innocence that envelops and brings peace

The bottle is cute, of course, but the scent is just... something else! Lightness and airiness? Nah, it's more like just emptiness. No depth, no special touch. Maybe you can wear it in spring, but I wouldn't be surprised if it gets boring quickly. Not impressive, to be honest )

The perfume truly delights. It has many delicate floral notes that create an atmosphere of femininity and lightness. It's ideal for spring, especially if you wear something light and airy

The fragrance isn't bad, of course, but I can't say it's absolutely perfect. Flowers here, yeah, you can feel them, but musk? It doesn't bother me at all, but I've heard many people don't like it. So, for me, it's totally fine, but nothing more than that

The fragrance didn't impress me at all. I've smelled it many times before. If I didn't know what perfume this was, I might think it was something from the mid-price range

The fragrance doesn't delight with its usual sweetness, and that's probably its plus. In my opinion, it's quite vague, floral. It has many flowers, as if after rain, when drops run down the leaves, giving them freshness. There's something simultaneously sweet and light, but at the same time, it causes a slight irritation in the nose. It reminds me of old fragrances from when I wasn't yet interested in perfumery. Compared to modern sweet floral compositions that simply kill me, I might be able to wear this one. Not with great pleasure, but still

The scent isn't impressive, only two points. Neroli and narcissus with water lily, but it feels like heavily diluted water. There's a bit of greenness and sweetness, but overall - nothing special 😕

The appearance is simply luxurious, but I wasn't lucky with the scent. First, you smell expensive floral notes, and then suddenly something changes, and something appears that resembles some of Avon's less successful fragrances. Honestly, I expected more

The bottle is simply stunning, it looks incredibly attractive. The scent - it's something else! Fresh, with bright citrus notes, and yet so harmoniously blended. I'm absolutely delighted!

The perfume is truly impressive! The floral composition shines, but it doesn't shout; rather, it whispers of its sophistication. The perfumer's entire concept is felt in every accord, everything sounds very harmonious. However, when it comes to the bottle, things aren't so rosy. It looks quite ordinary, like a common cologne. The plastic bottle with an unexpressive design is disappointing. This isn't a case where simplicity can be brilliant. Rather, it's an oversight that spoils the overall impression. In the end, the perfume is good, but the bottle - not so much
