The scent of Essence Labdanum is built as an expressive line of development, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The style of Donna Karan is clear from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de toilette supports a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

The accord architecture is shaped by these accords: Musc and Leather forming a compact and readable structure. The profile is feminine, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a pure botanical mood: Green Chord, Leather accord and musk. In this case 3 notes act as one coherent layer, forming morning coolness sensation that reads as cohesive from the start.

Sadly, I just couldn't pick up any green accord. The whole scent is filled with leather, it's smoky, sharp, and quite rough. To me, it's unisex, but I just can't bring myself to call it purely feminine )
