Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Biwa is built as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The style of DSH Perfumes is evident in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum sets a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the fragrance opens as a single chord with a soft-dry woody mood: Aldehydes, Cypress, Hinoki, Moss, Rice, Vanilla and Virginian Cedar. In this case 7 notes act as one coherent layer, forming a sense of noble depth that reads as cohesive from the start.

The middle and base stages are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

The olfactory framework is built around these accords: Gourmet, Wood, Spicy and Cosmetic forming a compact and readable structure.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Fairy, Wood, Earthy / Mossy and Fruit. The framework further includes Gourmet, Floral, Whiteflower and Spicy.
