Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Samoa is built as a continuous scent journey, where notes flow with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Etnia is clear in the way notes appear and fade. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de parfum emphasizes the right density and pace of development.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Citrus, Floral, Musc and Wood with each one in a clear role. Secondary accord layers such as Amber expand the olfactory volume in the background. The profile is feminine, which makes the scent profile easier to read.

From the first breath you catch invigorating sunny top notes: Citrus accord and Grapefruit.

In the middle phase you detect Petitgrain and White Flowers holding a refreshing green direction.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Citrus, Whiteflower, Ambery and Musk. It also reaches into Wood and Floral. From a family perspective the fragrance belongs to Citrus and Floral.

Overall Samoa reads as a cohesive composition — the opening sets direction, the middle layer carries the identity, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. These are the fragrances best judged through real development.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Very conspicuous

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

This perfume reminds me of Amouage Sunshine, maybe because of the bottle design, even though their scents are completely different. But that feeling of sunny warmth remains. It has a lot of sweet white flowers, amber, and delicate peach skin. And, by the way, The One also comes to mind
