Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Oud is built as an expressive line of development, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The style of Ex Nihilo is clear from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Oil-based perfume keeps the right density and pace of development.

At olfactory-group level the composition is built around Spicy, Balsamic, Floral and Ambery. It also reaches into Wood and Gourmet. At family level the scent maps to East and Wood.

At the opening of the pyramid you detect piquant warm top notes: Cardamom and Frankincense.

In the heart you sense Fir Resin and Osmanthus carrying a deep balsamic direction. At the foundation the line is anchored through Ambergris, Oud and Woody Accord, extending a warm vetiver trail.

The accord architecture is driven by these accords: Balsamic, Floral, Wood and Amber with each one in a clear role. Secondary accord layers such as Spicy add depth to the backdrop. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

In summary Oud holds a coherent structure — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best experienced in wear.
