Description of the composition

The scent of Charlatan is shaped as a living composition, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The signature of Fort & Manle is recognizable in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum emphasizes the depth and body this composition needs.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Gourmet, Floral, Fruit and Wood without random overlap. Background accords such as Amber and Spicy add depth to the backdrop. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

At the opening of the pyramid you detect honey-sweet top notes: Dark Chocolate and Pear.

When the opening settles you detect Damask Rose, Jasmine grandiflorum, Truffle and Vanilla keeping a velvety rose-iris direction.

I've tried several fragrances from this brand, and this one is simply gorgeous! It has so much jasmine that it's just captivating, and the rose, juicy pear, and chocolate perfectly complement it. The combination is simply magnificent, and the quality is top-notch. It slightly reminds me of Tom Ford's Noir de Noir, but with a powerful jasmine note. A real feast for the senses! :)
