Fragrance information:

Laberinto Fueguia 1833 arrived in 2016 — and it was immediately clear this one was here to stay. A unisex fragrance from the spicy and fern families. The nose behind this fragrance — Julian Bedel. Created as part of the Literatura Fueguia 1833 collection. In perfume extract — and that's all it takes to fall in love.

Expect a delicate sillage: a quiet, intimate presence. Longevity is on the low side — a good excuse to refresh it throughout the day. Brand country — Argentina, with its deep-rooted relationship with the fragrance industry. A rich, layered composition that reveals itself differently depending on your mood and the time of day.

Perfume information

Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Laberinto evolves as a living composition, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The creative approach of Fueguia 1833 is clear in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Nothing here feels random, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Perfume extract keeps a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Wood and Spicy. At family level the scent maps to Fern and Spicy.

When the structure is mixed the notes arrive together with a noble cedar mood: Sandalwood and Vetiver. Here 2 notes act as one voice, forming lasting warm resonance that feels seamless.

The inner phases are read as a smooth transition from opening to trail, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

The olfactory framework is shaped by these accords: Wood without random overlap. The profile is unisex, which clarifies the composition character. For persistence Low suggests confident staying power. In diffusion Weak describes the way the scent radiates.

Overall Laberinto reads as a cohesive composition — the first stage creates momentum, the central phase adds depth, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the fragrances best experienced on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.
Persistence
Low (1 to 2 hours)
2
Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Imperceptible
2
Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. The depth of a fragrance is the richness and intensity of the fragrance. Fragrances with a deep composition include heavy and powerful notes that stay on the skin longer and affect others over long distances.

The fragrance is packed with oud and woody accents, where you can really sense resins, dried herbs, and vetiver. I truly love this combo! It smells so elegant and soft!!
