The composition of Cuir de Russe is shaped as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift without rush and without gaps. The style of Gueldy comes through from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through.

When the structure is mixed the opening appears as one connected movement with a soft-dry woody mood: Chypre notes and Leather accord. Here 2 notes sound as one integrated frame, forming clear woody framework that keeps the opening compact and balanced.
