Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Mango me is built as a continuous scent journey, where layers reveal themselves smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Incarna Parfums is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Perfume extract keeps the right density and pace of development.

At olfactory-group level the structure relies on Citrus, Fruit, Green and Wood. The framework further includes Floral. At family level the fragrance belongs to Fern and Fruit.

Right at the start you sense radiant lemon-bergamot top notes: Grapefruit, Hemp, Mango and Rhubarb.

At the core of development you notice Blackcurrant, Lychee and Neroli keeping a soft nectarous direction.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Aromatic, Citrus, Floral and Fruit with each one in a clear role. Background accords such as Wood expand the olfactory volume in the background. Mango me starts with mango, as the name promises, but it's not that sweet Thai fruit you expect. Rather, it's some hard variety with a red-green skin that more resembles hawthorn. I feel this pine note; it seems to mix with fruit juice and pricks the nose. The scent makes me look around, as if I'm looking for a real mango. Gradually, green notes appear-fresh rhubarb stalks with a sourness that are just waiting to be brewed into compote. And then there are these rough hemp leaves. Don't think this is the smell of a joint; it's just the plant itself with its characteristic leaves and herbal scent. Mango, rhubarb, and hemp have mixed into some strange cocktail, to which a bright note of green grass has been added. Sharp couch grass leaves tickle the fingers, evoking memories of summer when I searched the tin can for the tastiest candy 🍬
